Made to order

As you may know by now I make to order. Every piece is unique and made with Love! I love special orders and am happy to make any thing you guys dream up. I have a background in wedding and engagement rings and repairs so don't hesitate to ask me if there's anything I can make for you!

Care of Jewellery

Please take care of your Love Gwen Jewellery. All pieces are either sterling silver or 9ct gold and are stamped with a hallmark and do not discolour. Silver can tarnish but is easily cleaned with silver jewellery cleaner. Wearing your jewellery in the shower and washing the dishes will only take some of the shine out of your piece nothing more.

EVERY link is soldered shut and every piece is hypo allergenic unless of course, you are allergic to Sterling Silver or Gold. Nothing is plated or hidden. I take pride in providing you with high-end quality jewellery so please take care of it.

Shipping and manufacture times

Shipping within Australia is $9 and $13 express. Other countries are $25-$60 and will add around 2 weeks to domestic times.

FOR INTERNATIONAL orders please note that some countries incur extra duties and taxes on arrival, please check your country policy so you are aware if there are any as you will be liable for any extra charges.

Manufacturing time is usually 10 business days but if you need it sooner don’t hesitate to ask and I will do my best. As you know its all made by me so ask me any questions!

For orders between December 25th and January 2nd please email me directly to be sure i can fill your order for an occasion, or it will be delivered after 10th January.
